CSMasters is a university-funded, Iowa nonprofit organization providing job search assistance to Computer Science professionals earning their Master's degrees in the U.S. As a nonprofit we charge no fees of any kind to employers or candidates.

Here is an efficient and powerful way for meeting your IT staffing needs. These IT professionals have experience in cutting-edge and mainstream technologies. All candidates have at least a BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Tax savings to employer: 7.65% salary savings for CPT candidates who are exempt from OASDI/FICA/Medicare taxes. If exempt, neither the employer nor the candidates pay these taxes. Click here for IRS details.
